Can you explain where you see Tags being applicable for a trading pattern and where they usually reside (as in placement with BBs).

One good example is a "W" bottom where the left side of the W is outside the lower band and the right side is inside the lower band. Another example is a tag of the upper band accompanied by a negative volume indicator reading, which is a good sell setup.
