Please explain what the prefix "NC" means when preceding a group? Thanks.

From www.GroupPower.com's structure support: http://www.grouppower.com/support/?s=4

Non-correlated Groups (NC Groups)
Stocks that are excluded from their fundamental group, either due to technical or illiquid factor, are set aside into a holding bin in the group's respective sector. The names of these non-correlated bins in each sector start with NC (ie NC Energy, NC Media). These groups are not analyzed by Group Power because there is no technical fit amongst its members.
